3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at eh333 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus. That means if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus and will need to place a total of ৳375,000 in bets (৳15,000 × 25) before withdrawing.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each person may claim only one welcome bonus
- Once a bonus is accepted, any winnings earned from that bonus are subject to the wagering requirements
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
- eh333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time
- In cases of suspicious betting or bonus abuse, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled
4.3 VIP Program
eh333's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at the Bronze tier, 0.5% at the Silver tier, and 0.8% at the Gold tier. Specific benefits and terms for each VIP tier apply separately.
5. Gaming Rules and Betting Policy
5.1 General Gaming Terms
- The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, eh333 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount
- If an abnormal win occurs due to a game error or bug, that win may be cancelled
- The game provider's own terms and conditions will also apply
5.2 Sports Betting Terms
- Bets cannot be cancelled once an event has started
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded or declared void at eh333's discretion

- Separate betting rules may apply to all cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup
5.3 Prohibited Gaming Behaviour
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

- Exploiting game or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to place bets
- Match fixing or any form of fraud
- Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts belonging to the same person
